Return and Exchange Policy

At OOKAMI SPORTS, we guarantee all our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange. If your item is defective, please send us an image via email to contact@ookamisports.com within 14 days of purchase (arrival date) and we will exchange it for you.

All exchanges or return requests must be informed within 14 days of receiving the goods. Any requests received after 14 days will not be accepted. All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the receipt in the package.

We will only refund shipping charges if we discover that we were responsible for sending the wrong item or if the item sent was defective.
