Shipping Policy

Shipping Purchased items will be shipped within 2-4 business days of the order. Please allow up to 1 week from the ship date for your delivery to arrive. If you have not received your purchase after 1 week, please notify us at contact@ookamisports.com and provide your order number.

Domestic (USA) - USPS Mail: All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the package weight.

International - USPS Mail: We ship within the United States and to Canada.

Please Note: OOKAMI SPORTS is not responsible for international shipping delays, customs delays, or any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact contact@ookamisports.com if you have any questions. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package, calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Holiday Schedule Packages are shipped on business days. The following are holidays and considered non-business days:

  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • The Day After Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

PO Boxes Orders shipping to international PO Boxes will be sent via USPS First Class. Tracking numbers are available through USPS until the international package leaves the United States. Once your package leaves the United States, it is then in the hands of your local post office and will not have a tracking number.

Exchange Rates All prices shown on the website are in U.S. dollars. For conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and we are not responsible for any loss incurred due to currency fluctuation. Your credit card processor may charge a conversion rate fee.

Credit Card Issues at Checkout If your credit card does not work at checkout, it may be due to an address mismatch between the new address and the address on file with your bank or credit card provider.
